So far , so good seems to be a good choice over the previous brand we had in place. Wife likes all the features a happy wife means happy life!!

I have no issues with this dryer except it does not collect pet hair very efficiently. I have hair hanging on the door when the items are done drying. Other than this, it works great.

Bad choice

Bought this Jess than a month ago. Fine 4 loads broke down. No heat to dry. They told me to make sure the vent might be filled with lint? Seriously did 4 loads 12 days to get service. No one in my area. Live in southern nh. Bad bad bad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
