Heating element went out after 13 months

This dryers heating element went out on the 13th month. Luckly I purchased it 1 month after is was manufactured. But what a headache it's been getting customer service to set up a service for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I don’t like is the lint trap, it’s a little hard to get in and out
