Large door which makes it easy to remove items. Timer knob seems hard to turn. Over all works great

New technology

It's loud and sounds like it's going to quit at any time. It trys to fill every time I open the lid. It doesn't fill the barrel very full of water. I have to do smaller loads than I was able to do with my old machine. It also takes longer to wash the clothes.

The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.

It's ok

I have had it 3 months and I don't use often and it just stopped working. Checked everything, brought back to store. They wouldn't return it, brought it back home and plugged it in, and started working. I don't trust that it will last. The door is hard to open and close and the buttons are cheap. The lint trap is difficult to put back in, which makes no sense. That's what I get for ordering it online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes when the electronics of the dryer hiccup or stall, you can unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and then plug it back in, to help reset everything. Also, not that we are expecting this, but if you do have any issues again, you can always have one of our technicians come out to help. We're confident that they can get everything working like new.
