The service technician was awesome and installed the product (dryer) with no complications whatsoever. My wife was and is ecstatic with her new dryer.

I've only done a few loads but so far I love it! Easy to use control buttons & features. I'm always missing socks so I love the light in the dryer too.

I would rate a zero if I could 3 months old electrical short been without a dryer a month now no service person yet to come very disappointed still no repair from warranty at ge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
