So far so good. Simple and straight forward. We had the previous version of this dryer for 17yrs. I'm hoping to get half that long this time...

The dryer is basic…no frills….rather loud and door lock is hard….like the light in the drum

DON'T BUY THIS DRYER

The dryer makes a loud noise like the sound of water flowing. It vibrates. Lint filter is difficult to remove and very small Only reason I did not rate 0ne star is that it looks good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
