We haven't used our new dryer yet, however, the first dryer delivered to us was an Out Of Box Failure. It failed to heat up. The technician took it back to the store and brought us another one which heated when he tested it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

poor service

After just 1 use it made a terrible scraping noise. Tried to get service or a replacement and was given an appointment date a week later which I could not do. Now I have to wait till I can schedule another appointment to have a brand new machine fixed. Not very happy at all.

I’d give it 5 stars but, it’s a little bit loud, otherwise I’ve been pleased with the performance of the dryer. It looks nice too.

Dead after one load

First dryer dried one load then would not start again. Replacement works so far. 3 stars because 1st one died.

I love this dryer and it's matching washer. They have plenty of options for a custom load every time, plus they have a sleek (almost)retro design to them that I am in love with!
