GE GTD42EASJWW Dryer is doing really good. We love the light inside and the wife uses Medium heat setting to save on the element. Our older GE Dryer lasted 12 years before any issues. The front bearing went out but I was able to fix it for about 80 dollars. The design on the new Dryer has not changed much and I like that. No need to fix a design that still works. Thank You

I've not had this dryer a year and it's already quit heating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love all of the different heating selections on my dryer. I even appreciate having the option of choosing whether or not you want to know when the drying cycle has ended.
