Trouble with dial

I can barely change the dial from one setting to another. I am older and it is too hard to turn it at times. Our dealer is supposed to get a new dial for me. The dryer does a good job of drying clothing completely if I get it on the right setting.

Pros:
- Several settings (love this)
- Average noise level
- Drys as expected (smaller loads dry quicker while larger ones do not)

Cons:
- The door is extremely hard to close. You basically have to slam it to keep it closed.
- Lint tray fulls up fast (small compared to other dryer brands)

We recommend using a lint roller prior to washing your clothes to help cut down on excess pet hair, and fabric softener is a great way to help lessen the static cling effect that causes it to stick to your clothing. The dryer door will become smooth to operate after more usage.

The dryer works as a dryer should. It would be nice to be able to change the door side opening. How ridiculous to have to buy a power cord separately. Really?
