Dryer runs great. Installation was great with carrying out the old, carrying in the new, stacking up cardboard and removing lint from outside to new dryer vent duct.

JUST BOUGHT, SO HAPPY WITH THE SIZE, VERY HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE MY OWN AND DONT HAVE TO GO OUT TO THE LAUNDRY MAT

Does not dry

Had this dryer installed with my new house about a year ago, I was excited to have a new energy efficient machine. Since new, this dryer has taken at least two full cycles (160 min.) to dry, sometimes more with towels and jeans. I’ve had a company come clean the vents per manual, they said they are all good and clear. This dryer is horrible, frustrating and costly to use. So much for energy efficiency, and keeping up with laundry in a timely manner. With the cost of running this machine and time, I could have purchased another dryer with just the run time savings alone!

Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (gas versus electric), the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation.
