Poor workmanship, poor me.

If it functions properly, then we should be pleased. The knob layout and features meet our expectations. Set up was straightforward and predictably easy EXCEPT the manufacturer mis-drilled the hinge holes on the top left side of the door frame, so the hinge cannot seat properly. The ability to change the direction of the swing of the door was one of the main reasons we chose this model. We live 1 1/2 hours from where we purchased the dryer and the cost of fuel, time, and overall inconvenience of having to pack it up, return it, purchase another, and reinstall a second dryer is too much. Who knew a 1/16 of an inch mattered so much? Anyone who does anything, WELL.

Dryer was hard to install, the vent outlet was 4 1/8 inches. Had to fabricate a piece to fit that and standard 4 inch vent tubing.

Excellent Dryer!

My new GE Dryer is so wonderful! It drys our clothes very quickly and is very quiet as well.
Love the inside drum design, too. The fins on the drum keep the clothes from getting stuck all to the back of the drum.

Extra large capacity

This dryer is my first new appliance. I have used many used dryers until I was able to afford a new one. I especially like the extra large barrel to dry a bigger load. It also takes less time to dry clothes! Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
