Disappointing

Having read the reviews I find I'm not alone with the issue of the main dial being very hard to turn and, with that, a bit hard to be sure you've got the dial set where you intended. There is no clicking as you reach each option nor any clear indication you've reached your desired setting. I also find the lint trap to be very small, to hold very little, and to be difficul to clean (There are recesses where I can see dirt after I've pulled out the trap... unreachable and frustrating!) I can't run a full dry cycle; I stop it every 10 minutes or so to clean out the lint trap or otherwise the "lint" just gathers inside and around the door.

Simple Design with all the necessary features

The GE dryer is simple in design, yet gives me all the features needed to dry a load of laundry. I like the positioning of the lint filter just inside the door as a reminder to clean it out with every load. The 7.2 cf will be able to handle the more bulkier items. The wrinkle control can be on or off and having a dog that does not like the dryer starting up after it has stopped will hopefully make her more relaxed. The dryer is 2" smaller which really makes a difference fro my previous dryer.
