Seems to have trouble with sensing clothes in washer at times. Mainly when it’s been a low load.

Expected quieter operational noise

The dryer does what it's supposed to do however I'm not sure all the different settings available make a difference as I have yet to figure out time/setting for damp dry. The end of cycle alert is helpful buy annoyingly loud, as is the dryer while it's running
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
