I'm pleased with the dryer and the job it does. I would prefer a dryer with a door that opens down instead of sideways so that clothes don't fall out on the floor when you're emptying the dryer. There was also a rather distressing issue with the dryer not heating two months after it was installed. The problem turned out to be a bent wire going to the heating unit and it was quickly fixed.
