Does not run sometimes

I bought this back in Oct of last year come this Tuesday will be the second time they will be out here to look at it.you have to shake the door on it sometimes to get it to run.I have been happywith GE products but not this time around even the washer wants to run away sometimes when starts to spin
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased the dryer along with the washer. So glad we did because I really like where the filter is located in the front. So easy to get to and clean. The temperature settings are all I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

new appliances not as good as they used to be

the power switch quit working after 5 weeks. Two of those weeks we were not home. We have to wait a week for a repair. Not good!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the quietness

After having gas dryers for years, finally switched to an electric model. Love how quiet it in ! Simple and easy to use dials for those laundry challenged spouses !

Great features/ drumb size

Love, love, love the features of this dryer. Extended tumble, buzzer when finished and ability to control the loudness of buzzer, and the lighted interior of the drumb.

I was looking for a non complicated electric dryer and Found it with this dryer.
The only thing I wish it had was a push button for off.
