Good basic drier.

Seems to be a good drier. It is essentially a newer model of what I had. The front bearing is making some noise from time to time. I will have to get it replaced under warranty once it is consistent so the tech can confirm the problem the first time he comes out to fix it. I do love the fact that it doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles that can fail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves black streaks on my clothes/sheets

This dryer has left black streaks and ruined so many of my sheets and thinner clothes. I bought it brand new 3 years ago and I thought at first it might just have been a coincidence and then maybe some sort of wax from manufacturing was stuck in this but I have cleaned this so many times and still ruins my stuff. Writing this review because once again another brand new white sheet is now ruined. Warranty was only 1 year and I don’t know what to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dryer. Flimsy timer knob

I love the features of my dryer. It works really well until the timer knob stops turning . This will be my second knob to replace. I don’t know if It is the knob or the timer stem that I should replace. It would be nice to be able to purchase a more durable timer knob because I really like my washer and dryer and do not want to replace them.

We had to have the same thing fixed twice and now our extended warranty won’t cover the newest problem.
It would exceed what we paid for the dryer so they are going to cash us out.
It was installed march of 2020 and we are only getting 4 years out of it.
