We bought this a couple of weeks ago and are quite pleased with the results that this unit gives us. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone and it is a great value as well.

Works good when it starts

I got a GE washer and dryer 2 months ago. I love the washer but the dryer has a problem starting. I have to keep slamming the door hard for it to start. It works great but i just have to slam the door 5 times or so before it starts
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work

The button to start the dryer never works. It takes at least 3 times to shut/slam the door just right to get it to work. It's gotten worse recently and now we have to push the door shut on the bottom where the light sensor is and push the start button at the same. time. Would not buy agai as it's really stressful doing laundry when you aren't sure you'll be able to dry the items you wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm happy with it. The light is bright, the vent is handy. It has several drying settings so I can choose a "just right " setting regardless of what I'm drying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
