This dryer has multiple customizable features that are perfect for the entire family. My teenagers use this product with ease. The silence of the dryer is amazing regardless of the setting we select. I am extremely pleased with this product

Motor burned out

Had mine 2 years and 4 months and motor burned out.
My last driver lasted 15 years. Bought another one with
insurance plan this time. Hope it was just a lemon.

Cycle Dial Failed after 1 year

We had been enjoying our new dryer until recently when the Cycle Dial failed and no longer automatically rotates though the each cycle to completion. Of course, we purchased the dryer literally just over one year ago so it is no longer covered under warranty. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Great Dryer!

We replaced our old dryer of 25 years. The new dryer seems to have alot more features and dries our clothes faster. So far we have dried delicates up to quilts and it dries everything just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, Fast Drying

Just love this dryer, very efficient, cost saving unlike the four year old dryer with all the bells, whistles and sensors that continously go out and the dryer does not dry. That is definitely not cost efficient when you have to run the dryer multiple times to even try and dry your clothing!
