Big Dryer Little Hopes

We bought this dryer to complete the set to the matching washer that we love! This dryer however has been less than bliss. First off the lint filter is the smallest I have ever seen and this is the largest dryer I have ever owned. I have lint flying out the door, everywhere and all over the clothes as I open it EVERY time and I clean the lint filter after EVERY load! Have pets? Walk away now! I have to run the cycle twice to get all the pet hair out and again, be ready for the lint and pet hair to fly as you open the door... Next, it has started to decide when it is going to dry. This after always using the dryer on the low heat/ delicates cycle except for towels and sheets on the weekend. Barely over a year and I'm dryer shopping... again! Full loads, pets, expectations? Pass!

First one delivered did not operate at all. Second one not heating up. Timer not working for all settings.
