Purchased after our digital died twice within two years. Opted to go with an analog dryer.
Noisier than expected. Blower doesn't seem that great. Last dryer could blow dog hair and lint off the clothes. If I would have known this didn't have the access panel, I would have gotten another higher end dryer that was cheaper, but no panel. Probably should have taken it back, but it does dry clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good dryer for the price

Good dryer for the price. Dries efficiently. The only thing i would change is the lint tray. it is a little small for a dryer of this capacity and even though I change it every cycle, lint still comes out of the sides

We needed to replace our old dryer and choose this GE model to match our washer. We have all GE appliances and have been extremely satisfied
with all. The dryer works very well. Its cut sown drying time and we love the fluff option to elimate the wrinkles.

Worth the money

This dryer is the best one we have purchased to date. The features are amazing and just what we needed. We have a knack of forgetting that we have clothes in the dryer and with the buzzer it notifies us when the cycle is done. Not to mention it has an extra tumble cycle so the clothes aren't wrinkle when we take them out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many features!

Just ran test wash and dry after installation. One pair sweatpants, pair of socks , underware, one top. Put on cotton temperature at 30 minutes timed dry. Should have been plenty of time to dry 4 items. Had to put another 20 minutes. Way too long.
