Like the simplicity and easy operation of this dryer. It has all different temperature control and timing necessary and that's all we needed.

Adequate, but disappointing

It's nice that this dryer had more features/options than the 30-year-old super basic but reliable GE model it replaced. Sadly, it doesn't so far seem to be as effective at actually getting clothes dry as its predecessor. Also, I find the door is very hard to open and close. It's not quite worth the hassle of returning, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for the door, when the model is new the door may be a little stiff to open and close. Though, over time, this will becomes slightly looser and will be easier to open and close.
