I have purchased three of these dryers for use in an apartment, my home, and a vacation home. I’ve always been pleased with the performance of these machines. I’ve never had a problem.

Impressive for the price

I had a super old dryer and how this is a second home I didn't anything fancy. I am happy with the size of the dryer and also how quickly it dries clothse.

Large capacity and works great. Plenty of settings to choose from to control the heat applied to dry your clothes.

I love my new dryer. It drys really well & it's super quiet. I like that you can turn off the cycle complete buzzer. The drum is really large, so it holds a lot.

THIS DRYER IS QUIET AND EFFICIENT. MY CLOTHES HAVE COME OUT OF THE DRYER NICER THAN I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT WHICH MADE IT EASY TO GET INTO THE HOUSE AND WAS A BREEZE TO INSTALL. IT HAS OVERSIZED FINS ON THE INSIDE OF THE DRUM WHICH KEEP EVEN LARGE LOADS FROM BALLING UP.

Melted Wire and Damaged Heating Element

After 2 years of use the dryer tumbled, but was not heating up. Took the dryer apart to see a purple wire connecting the heating element to a wire cluster at the motor had melted through. This in turn completely damaged the male connector at the heating element. This seems to be a common problem when doing a quick google search. Stay away from this dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
