We shopped many different name brand dryers of the space I have in my home. GE provided the correct size that I needed for my space with just the right amount of features. I am very pleased with my dryer.

Door does not stay closed. Brand new!!

Dryer delivered tonight after 5 PM. Hooked up the electric and vent, moved into place and the door pops open. Close it and 15 minutes later it pops open again. I haven’t even turned it on yet!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
