Great Dryer

Purchased this to replace a worn out energy sucking Hotpoint, this dryer will dry a full load of clothes on medium heat in 60 minutes. My utility bill will drop significantly because of this and I can’t thank GE enough for another quality appliance.

Love this dryer! We haven't had a new one in many years (we replaced an 18 year old workhorse) so the added features are a plus. Once we reversed the door it was perfect for our space.

Does not shut off when dry

Make sure you test these things better. Hate spending the time and cash just to have a service guy come and look at it. Wish I could just return it since it doesn't work like it's suppose to.

Small Lint Trap

I love the dryer and it works great. My only complaint is that these machines do large loads of laundry with no problems HOWEVER the lint traps are on the small side for the larger loads. It's perfect for the smaller sized loads but when you do a large load it really fills up the lint catch. I empty it out every single load. You HAVE TO!!

Sensor issues just past the one year warranty.

Shortly after the warranty expired, our washers soak light Indicator kept blinking and the washer was beeping when it wasn’t being used. Since then, the washer will randomly get stuck on soak and the load will stop. Since we are just past our warranty it’s not covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
