Confusing, but good.

At first, this washer was quite frustrating.
I was used to an older machine...the lid didn't lock and I could check the water level, stop a wonky spin, look at a stubborn stain to see of it was coming out, etc.
It does better when completely full. Small loads often end up unbalanced.
It does handle quilts and blankets well.
The clothes come out clean/well rinsed, but not spun out all the way. Heavier items (jeans, hoodies, blankets) are quite wet and take forever to dry.
Overall, it's very sturdy machine and does a good job.

It's GREAT!

After years of listening to my old dryer thumping for what felt like hours but was only an hour and a half - my clothes get dry quietly and quickly! The buzzer lets me know in plenty of time that my clothes are dry - usually 45 minutes after I start the machine. What a wonderful birthday present my husband got me. And yes ladies that was what I had been hinting for! Just wish you had a Star for WOW!

Simple dryer with nice features! I previously had a dryer of 17 years with more features that were seldom used. This dryer serves it’s purpose, has sufficient features, and was reasonably priced. The dryer is louder than my previous dryer, but would still recommend.

The only concern I have is the control to select the various drying options is EXTREMELY hard to turn. I am concerned it will not work in the future.

Wonderful extended tumbling!

We choose this dryer because of the extended tumbling. This feature leaves your clothes without wrinkles. I hate ironing so I use this all of the time. It also has all the settings for the different types of items I would dry.
