just got it and good price for comparible models.the only thing i didnt like was the start button is different from the other buttons,i would have made it match.

Works well but louder than expected

The dryer, end of cycle alarm, was set to Loud by default. Would only recommend this setting if the dryer were located in a basement, several houses away. We quickly set the alarm to lowest volume. We are pleasantly surprised at how well the washer cleans. It does make odd whirling and knocking noises. We were attracted to this washer model due to the central adgitater. Overall we are pleased with the features and functions of both the washer GTW465ASN1WW and this matching dryer GTD42EASJ2WW.

Bought A Second One!

This is my second time buying this dryer. My previous one was left when I sold my home. Even with all the other choices out there, I still bought it again. It is consistent, offers various drying options/heats, and, after owning it for almost 5 years, have never had any issues.

Has all the features I wanted on a dryer

Love my new dryer, drys quickly and easily holds a large load. I really like having the lint filter up front by the door, I would just suggest the filter was a few inches wider so it would be easier to clean.
