Any product that fails within 2 years is poor in my opinion . Just 2 of us, not like laundry for a family. Stopped heating and after researching it’s pretty common after 1-2 years. GE should be ashamed to put out this product!

The skims broke and were replaced but now it’s even worse! It sucks up all strings and is loud!!

Not even a year and there is a loud metal on metal screeching. Drum is loose. Ridiculous. Don’t buy GE.

Bought this last month and it has been rough. Lint filter is hard to remove and replace. Unit is not as quiet as we were led to believe, it makes a loud humming noise. The cycle done signal was REALLY loud, but it stopped working after a week. Average time to dry clothes is 80-90 minutes, except towels which take longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
