from the second it was installed ...there is a noise as the barrel rotates drying the clothes and the inside light doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Dryer!! Dries my clothes on the first time. I have never had to put additional time on it !! This was a first for me !! Would recommend this dryer if you are looking for an efficient and quiet dryer. If I could give more that 5 stars I would !!

This dryer gets the job done in as little time as possible. Love the drying time temps and times choices. I also like that the final buzzer volume is adjustable.

Purchased this to replace a Whirlpool model that was nothing but trouble from the time that we bought it. This GE has worked well so far, but we have only had it a very short period of time. Hoping it continues to work well into the future.

After 18 months I had to replace my dryer

The dryer worked great. But the heating element went out after 18 months I had to buy a NEW one to replace it
