For the poor washing, we'd recommend that you follow the loading tips in the below article as well as taking a look into how hard your water is; there is another article below that will provide steps on how to check this. Hard water would require more detergent used in your load to properly clean your clothing.

Very noisy!

The noise this product makes is something I’ve never heard from a washer- even an old one. It has a grinding sound when agitating, & when it shifts gears. We were told that this particular washer is known for that by service when first ou chased. The noise has increased. I should have returned it immediately. We live in a very sound proof condo & its disturbing the neighbors.

We like cars, appliances, and homes with as little technology as possible. Put the key in the ignition, start my car. Turn on a switch, light the house. Push the button, dry my clothes. I don't want to link to my WiFi and tell it while I'm on vacation to dry my clothes, unless it comes with a robot to wash my clothes first. And less to go wrong. I'm old enough to tell how technology costs more when it breaks. That said, with the supply chain issues due to COVID-19, we bought the lowest-tech product we could find. Well, it's making strange noises and a repair person should be here next week. My ratings will be based on the job it is doing. It is still drying my clothes, with the strange noise.

The following sounds are considered normal - a squeak when the dryer is started. This start-up squeak should go away after the first few seconds of operation and the sound of the drum as it turns. 20 minutes and it won’t eork

The dryer stopped with the first load and wouldn’t restart. The best they could do was tell me to use a laundromat and they’d switch it out in a week and a half. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I had wet sheets in the washer and wet clothes in the dryer, but it’s okay because “they understand, they’re sorry,”
