Anyone else’s leaking?

How can a dryer leak?! The vent is clear so I’m at a loss. The manual is pretty crappy and doesn’t say.

Strange Behavior for a Dryer

We purchased both a GE washer and a GE dryer at the same time. While the washer has easy to turn controls which give audible sounds as they are set, the dryer makes no audible sounds, and the controls are very stiff to change. I don't understand why two machines from the same manufacturer exhibit these different features.

Very disappointed

I have this same model so I was excited to get it for my 84 year old mother. To our disappointment, this dryer has issues. It is extremely hard to open the door. The door is coming apart and the lint tray is difficult to remove. For a new dryer, this is not acceptable! To top it off, the repair company is a no show.

Hello- We appreciate your purchase and are so happy to hear you like the features of your new dryer. We would like to help in regards to the issue you are having with it taking a long time to dry your clothes. First, we recommend making sure your venting and ducting are clean and clear on the inside and the outside. Also make sure your temperature setting is on Cottons Regular or Casuals Medium and not on Air Fluff. The Optimum Dry or More Dry will provide the best drying results. We hope this helps! Terrible product

We purchased this dryer in December of 2022. We have already had to have it repaired two times. It was repaired then three days later tore up again. One of the worst GE products I have ever owned!

Bought in July 2019 . Died on Sunday. I guess it lasted longer then some. Should have read reviews. Not happy. Not made how they use to. Doesn't sound like it pays to be serviced. I don't have the time or money. I was hoping it would last 10 plus years. Looking for something else.
