Easy to use, has what I need with a minimum of "bells and whistles". I LOVE the light inside the drum - don't loose socks in the dryer anymore.

Seems to work well. The quality of the dials could be better - they feel plasticky. Dries well even with towel and linens.

Seem to take a long time to dry heavy items.

It seem like this dryer is taking a lot longer to get everything dry. I keep having to to add another 20 min. even on the sensor setting to get everything dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am having to redo the vent. It is not drying very well and i think the vent is bending not letting the air out well.
