This was the first nice dryer I ever had. It worked fantastic. Not too fussy easy to operate dried FAST. Fast forward two years. I only do laundry for two middle aged individuals. So maybe 1-2 loads a week. After fluffing one load and drying a second, the knob started to turn oddly, it wouldn’t rest on a setting, but would skip forward. That is the best way I can find to describe it. I could only get it to turn on on timed dry. I would run for 5 minutes and shut off. Did that twice, then wouldn’t start at all. There is no good information or troubleshooting options in the manual. And two years is far too soon to just stop working.

Great dryer!

Dries clothes quickly and wrinkle free! Knobs on dryer are a bit hard to turn. Dryer able to accommodate large loads of clothes.
