Love the multiple features and how quickly it dries our clothes. Love the loud finish of cycle feature. Even my husband can hear it!

The knob that turns on the dryer is hard to turn. Not sure the heating element is working right. Takes longer to dry then my 20 year old dryer did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to get my clothes dry

I bought this dryer because of absolute necessity. It was a bit pricey for the features, but my old dryer was done. The drum is quite small for a family sized load of clothes and the clothes have to be separated to dry one wash load - into two dryer loads. And even the. - the clothes are often still wet. The knobs feel cheap and are hard to align. Fear it will break easily. It does the job. Not well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve never had an electric dryer, but can’t tell the difference. Except my clothes are getting dry, showing the old one was going out and I didn’t realize it. It matches my washer, a nice treat

The dryer has every feature I needed for the everyday use that it gets. Easy to use! My only complaint is that it is light and easy to move so if my heavy front loader washer vibrates the floor sometimes the dryer will move a little
