We purchased the washer and dryer we received them on 9/01/20 and have had the repair service out twice already we are getting ready to call them again the washer is horrible it tilts with almost every wash make a very loud banging noise, it does not spin well enough the clothes are wet even on a extended spin. do not purchase this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Denny60 - We are truly sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with your washer. This is certainly not the type of review we would expect to hear. Based on your description, it sounds like the washer is spinning out of balance. When this happens the washer will not reach the normal spin speed needed to remove the excess water from the clothes. We would recommend moving forward with having service back out to check the unit under the warranty. We truly apologize for your frustration and inconvenience. We wish you all the best. Vikki@GEA

So far I really like this dryer. Its a bit loud, but not horribly..It has all the settings I wanted, especially the delicate one. Does a good job

We love the matching washer and drier. We ordered the drier because the less expensive model didn't have a buzzer on off switch.
