We picked this item because GE always makes a good product and the features on this model were exactly what we were looking for and it fits into our space we have for our laundry room.

One day of doing wash, 5 loads and our machine already broke. Doesn’t heat when tumbling. Went to make an appt for a service tech to come out, 2 week wait. Tech comes out this past Thursday, we need a new coil. Guess what? Another 2 week wait! Brand new machine with ridiculous problems already. With these wait times, you’d think people just have extra dryers sitting around to use while appts and solutions take weeks to be fulfilled. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer is a bit loud but works perfectly. I like the fact that there's a buzzer to let you know when clothes are ready.
