BASIC WASHER AND DRYER

We purchased to replace a 13 year old very basic washer and dryer. We did not need anything fancy or super quite as they are located in our laundry room off our garage and not near our den, living room or dinning room. The old set when measure with an SPL meter measured at 78 DBA and the new GE set when running measured at 63 DBA. which is more than adequate for our needs. Some of the reviews I read said these units where too noisy, and they may well be if your laundry area is very near a living space where you watch and listen to TV. I can not speak to durability yet because we have only had them a few weeks. But as for function, they exceed or needs for every day cleaning and drying of laundry. We are very pleased with the units to date.

I have had this new driver for about a year now you can't beat GE I've had them for years easy to fix if you have to and you can do it yourself washing machines refrigerator I just happen to like GE products because they are the best.
