I purchased the basic model dryer without doing research. Big mistake- the first load I did had me jumping out of my seat when the dryer alarm went off. After reading reviews I discovered "Dryer alarm sounds like an NBA game buzzer." And there was NO way to turn it off. I had to exchange it for the more expensive model just to have the option to turn the buzzer off. Now its much better. I like the dryer- my clothes come out with less wrinkles. I like the large capacity too.

Dryer seems smaller on the outside but larger on the inside than our previous dryer and fits in our space better. It's quiet and seems great so far.

Had this dryer about 3 months now and so far we really like it. We like the easy access of the lint trap and how the tumbler is stainless and not painted.

It does a great job drying. Alert is VERY loud, even at near zero setting. Easy to operate.
