Best machine I’ve ever had

This the best washer dryer set we’ve ever had. We have owned the traditional top loader a, front loaders, and more recently a stacked laundry center we bought this set when we moved to a new house because it was the ONLY one that met all the criteria:
top loader, agitator, able to pick water level, and you can SOAK!! we have two boys and a dog so the soak feature has been amazing as well as the deep fill when I’m doing pillows. The delicate cycle is legitimately delicate as well.
We are extremely pleased. We washed everything in the house the first week we had them. And I like the little song that the washer plays. :)
Within 4 months we had to use the warranty because the dryer rattled nonstop. Scheduling the repair was super easy. The tech was very nice. He found nothing wrong at all but after he put it back together the rattling stopped so it was a win anyway. It was probably because my youngest had climbed in the dryer a few times to reach something and threw it off square. But the year of service that it comes with is also lovely.

PIECE OF JUNK QUIT DRYING AS IT SHOULD

Dryer Quit drying in automatic settings after 13 months. The only way to get it to dry was to run timed cycles. and it would not heat up. My old Ge lasted 20 years. Technology sucks. Timed obsolescence. Repair cost 1/2 of the cost of a new dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer!!

I replaced my GE dryer after 12 years of reliable service. My wife wanted a new dryer so why look for another brand of GE was already high on our list. So far the new model is performing great!!!
