Have only had the dryer for about three weeks and in that time I has performed well. Cloths come out soft and dry. The gentle cycle is gentle on cloths and also performs well.
My only complaints are that the lint filter seems to small for that size dryer and the selection knob for the type of drying you desire is very hard to turn. I’m hopeful that this will free up a little over time. Bottom line this is a good choice for a dryer.
