Outstanding features in this dryer. The ability to vent back, down, left or right was a huge factor in our decision to purchase this unit. Appears to be very efficient even with large loads. Very pleased with this purchase. We had a GE refrigerator that lasted 35 years which is another reason for buying GE.

Difficult to use for senior citizens

The front load dryer part is ok, but the vent being in the front when we unload it is difficult to use. We have to unload dryer and then hope to clean the vent after wards. It is deep and hard to bend over to pull out the load of clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
