All the functions needed without digital

Thank goodness we can still purchase appliances without digital functions. Not all of us can read electronic readouts. It's great to find a product that provides the functionality needed with dials that can be set by touch with bump dots for the visually impaired. We had a concern about this dryer not drying our clothes properly, but it appears we had a venting issue. Once we improved the dryer venting the clothes get dry as expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have to dry clothes multiple times.

I've only had this dryer a month and have to dry clothes multiple times. Getting someone to come out to check it is a joke. At this point, I'm going to request a refund and go with a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reviewing your dryer. We apologize for any issues you have had with the dryer. Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (gas versus electric), the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation. Please make sure the dryer duct from rear to outside you home has been cleaned out in the last year or so. Check for an obstruction in the ductwork. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it is not kinked and is installed properly. It is recommended that you clean the ductwork completely at least once a year. Hope this helps and our hope is you will stay with our appliance. Geoff@GEA

My GE DRYER

Ge clothes drier

Does a great job drying heavy loads of clothing. Control is somewhat difficult to turn to adjust mode and operating time.
