Dryer is functioning good. The side of the cabinet gets extremely hot. Is that normal

I love my dryer! Easy to use and has a ton of different settings. My favorite part is that the door can be changed to hinge on either side. Which was a life saver for me.

I love the large drum. I wash about every two weeks and always had to divide the wash load in order to dry the clothes. No longer. I can even dry a load of my husband's jeans with no trouble. The control knobs offer many ways to dry any type of fabric and the dryer door is large, making it easy to reach into the dryer. I love all of its features. At age 81, I need all of the convenience I can get.
