I am very pleased with the looks and performance of this dryer. Has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. The only small complaint is how the door is installed. It sticks out front of the dryer cabinet and is very hard to close.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is very easy to use. Quiet. Get clothes dried quickly. Vent trap is simple. Set up was quick. Has a light inside to see clothes. Cool feature.

Like the many features. It matches the GE washer we purchased last year. The door however has to be almost slammed to get it closed and lint filter is hard to remove.

New dryer

We used our new GE dryer today and are not wholly satisfied with its performance. Our first load was towels and 3 pair of jeans. I set it on the more dry cycle and when it stopped the clothes were still very damp. Ran it through another cycle and still needed more time to dry. The second load of dark clothes was not much better, it also took 2 cycles to dry. The third load of whites fared better and dried the clothes in one 70 minute cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
