Love the features and works great

We bought the dryer to replace our 25 year old GE dryer (stopped working but gave us great service). This dryer is working well and seens efficient.

I read all the reviews and had mixed feelings about purchasing this dryer. But so far it has met all expectations. Dries even the first time every time. Our dryer duct is routed through the attic up and out the roof. This caused our Samsung Dryer to keep blowing a fuse. This dryer claims to be able to be vented up to 120'. So far no issues with that either. It seems like a basic machine but it works so much better than our last one. Many complained about the size of the lint filter. But I find that if you empty it after each use then it isn't an issue. I would recommend this dryer.

I love my new washer and dryer...we picked the right brand and model. The dryer dries quickly and removes most of the dog hair and lint. Clothes come out mostly wrinkle free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello- We are so sorry to hear you are having these issues with your new dryer. We recommend flipping your breaker off for a couple minutes to reset the electronics and see if that helps! Also, verify that your temperature is set to Cottons and not Air Fluff and use a Timed Dry for the best possible results. Please see the following troubleshooting links:
