Seems to dry quickly. I really like the time feature. It alerts you when load is complete an continues to tumble without heat for an extra couple of minutes to give you time to get to the clothes before they get wrinkled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Dryer rolls bedding sheets into tight balls where the outside is dry when the Dryer stops, but it is still damp on the inside after 80 minutes of drying time. You have to take the sheets out and unroll them and put them back in the dryer for 30 more minutes to get them dry. So much for being energy efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry that you are having this issue and can understand how frustrating it would be for you. We have a suggestion that we have found to be helpful. When you take your sheets out of the washer, shake them out and then put all the corners together and place them in the dryer along with a clean tennis ball and let it tumble a while. Then take the tennis ball out and place a clean towel inside the dryer and you will see a huge difference in the dryness of the sheets and notice they aren't balled up. Hello- We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your dryer. We can understand your frustration and want to offer some suggestions. Please make sure your vent where the dryer exhausts to the outside isn't clogged with lint and debris. If your vent is clean, be sure your setting is on a heat setting and not on fluff/no heat.

The washer is very noisy during the wash cycle. This is our second washer. Both were the same.

Hi there - We're glad you like the large capacity of this washer, but we do apologize that it's operating loudly. This must be bothersome and we can understand your disappointment.
Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. It's possible that your washer is making excessive noise because it's sitting unevenly. Make sure the unit is on an even floor space and adjust the leveling legs, if needed. A diagram and information on how to do this can be found on page 16 of the installation instructions: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-16775-5.PDF.
