GE continues to satisfy

New dryer is similar to our previous GE dryer that lasted 15 years. New dryer work like to old dryer, but it may take a bit longer to dry, but I am not sure about that. It has similar features, so it provides what we expect to use. New dryer has an alloy drum, instead of white painted drum. The lint filter on the new dryer is a bit tricky to reinsert after cleaning. The new dryer runs quietly, compared to our old dryer that had become very noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems to handle all size loads just fine. Has the small lint filter inside the door which I didn't realize, but does not seem to fill quicker. Plenty of cycle choices.

Big, Basic, and Just Right

We are really pleased with this dryer. It has just enough bells and whistles without being too complex or computer-driven. It dries our clothes quite nicely; it can hold quite a bit (like lots of towels or sheets); and we appreciate the heat-free extra tumble at the end of any cycle, which helps prevent wrinkles. Some find it loud, but we don’t. It just becomes part of a household’s normal background noise! We’re very pleased, and we hope it lasts us a long time.

Simple to use, Large Capacity, Does the job

We had a GE dryer in the past. It did a good job for many years, so we wanted a new GE dryer when it came time to replace the old one. This new GE dryer is simple to use, dries clothes quickly, and has a large capacity. We like the "optimal dry" setting, because we know that it will dry the clothes in the most efficient amount of time.
