Nice size but not made for heavy loads

We bought this model a few weeks ago and about the third day using it it started making a weird noise. It looks like even though it's big you can put a large load at the same time because then it starts making the noise again. A bit annoying having to put 2 loads for every washed load.

Bought the washer and dryer set. Washer works great!
Dryer worked for two weeks then developed this VERY HIGH PITCHED squealing sound like a bearing was going out. Placed a service call to G.E. and got on their service schedule for a warranty repair. Unfortunately, it will be another week before they can come out. : (

The door on my dryer doesn’t fit properly. I can see the the screws on the side of door.
