I was very pleased with how nice the product looks in my laundry room and I love the variety of features from water levels, soaking, special materials etc. It washes very nicely. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it isn't as quiet as I'd like, but my family and I can deal with that, and the delivery guys were kind, professional and quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dryer I replaced was 29 years old and still working. When I purchase the new washing machine, decided to go ahead and get the new dryer. When I was able to purchase this brand dryer, I was so amazed at the features available. The dryer is large and so nice on the inside. I am so happy with this dryer.

We preferred the drop down door but ended up with swing door. Even after getting used to swing door would prefer more choices with drop down feature.

This is probably the worst dryer we've ever purchased over the 35-year course of our married life. The thing doesn't heat up in order to dry. You pretty much have to run it twice per load in order to come close to being dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
