Short Life Cycle

We purchased a second set of this Washer/Dryer in three years. The dryer does not collect all of the lint in the screen and a fair amount of lint is blown out the vent irritating the neighbors. The washer clock failed after three years and the cost to repair is half the cost of a new washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT PURCHASE

My family and I love this dryer for many reason. But overall we think this is the purchase of the year for us! We were using a gas dryer that was older than 20 years old. We inherited this fossil when we bought our home. Our new G.E. gas dryer has so many features and it's large enough to dry large loads of laundry and it totally accommodated our queen size comforter. Dried completely the first time. We were so happy that I didn't wait for delivery. I loaded in the back of our compact car. We strongly recommend this dryer!
