Problems from the installation date

When the dryer was installed it made a strange noise when run. Jetson had to send a repairman to fix the drum. The first time it was used, it was fine. Next time, clothes were not dry after 2 hours. Had to use neighbor's dryer. Jetson sent repairman who checked temperature and felt vent should be cleaned. We contacted the people we use every year. They came and thoroughly checked and cleaned vent and found no obstruction. The next time the dryer was used it was okay. We will see what happens next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There's nothing better than a brand new dryer with a huge capacity. Also more drying options than I may ever use, but it's nice to have them. More is always better!

So far so good with this dryer. The capacity having a queen sized bed is wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don’t really like the dial to set the time but getting used to it.
