Not too happy.

This dryer takes forever to dry the clothes and the lint filter is very small. Also notice that it blows a lot of lint out of the vent to the outdoors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gas valve to burner leaking In dryer drum While dryer burner was lit..! Dryer 2 years old....Make sure you keep the insurance up on your house if you buy this bad boy. Great job GE!!!!!!! Keep making the quick buck !!.

Too long to get the clothes dry.

Having to dry your clothes more than once can be time consuming and we'd like to help with this. You may need to check and empty the lint filter as this could be the cause. Please remember to separate heavyweight and lightweight items as well. More troubleshooting tips can be found in the following link, on page 10.

Doesn’t work properly

It doesn’t change heat settings. It stays stuck and doesn’t shut off. It’s been used maybe 6times and no one responds to me.

Strings get caught

The best thing we can recommend is making sure that any item with a string or strap is either tucked in or tied together, this can help prevent them from getting stuck anywhere in the rim. We're also going to share this with our product team, so that they can review and work towards improvements.
